Places - Indonesia - Banka Island
Two visits to an alluvial tin mine. The first was a reconnassaince to design management development programs and the second to run two. The first group were English speakers, mainly administrative staff, and led by me. The second, for non or poor English speakers, was led by some of those who completed the first. Both programs included outdoor experiential learning activities, including a full day in a remote location which provided some vertical challenges.
